TBS Job Summary –
GPIL TBS is responsible to generate revenue from an assigned geographical location by achieving the sales targets, handling a team of Trade Sales Executives. Add to existing profile, untapped Market / Customers, conduct sales territory analyses, and close sales.
TBS Job Duties–
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual Sales and Collection Targets of Trade Channel of GPIL.
• Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the internal sales team, executives of Partners in an assigned territory.
• Regular monitoring of Stock Level of Partners and proper display of our Brands.
• Monitoring the performance of the Partners and following up to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to GPIL management.
• Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness. Developing untappedMarket / Customers.
• Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.
TBS Skills and Qualifications-
• Proven sales experience in Electronics / FMCG.
• Proven track record of meeting Monthly sales and Collection Targets.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills and exceptional Customer Service skills.
• Support month-end and year-end close process of Trade Division of GPIL of the assigned Territory.
Education – Bachelor Degree.
Experience – Past experience in developing and monitoring the performance of all sales activities in the assigned market, including targeting key accounts, maintaining a strong sales pipeline, and driving the sales process to achieve targets. Strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. Handling a team of Sales Executives.
Reporting Line – Reports to the TRSS through the BDM.
Work Location – New Benin, Benin City, Edo State/ Sapele, Delta State
Salary Range – N150,000 and above.
