Eligibility
An eligible product should be returned in the condition in which it was supplied, with its original packaging, manuals, accessories, serial number or IMEI intact, and valid proof of purchase. Products supplied incorrectly, damaged in transit or confirmed defective should be reported as soon as possible.
Items that may not be returnable
A return may be declined where an item has been damaged through misuse, liquid exposure, unauthorised repair, altered software, missing parts or removed serial labels. Activated digital products, airtime, SIM services, personalised items and hygiene-sensitive accessories that have been unsealed may also be excluded unless they were supplied faulty.
Inspection and approval
Returned products are inspected before an exchange, repair, store credit or refund is approved. The assessment may include confirming the fault, matching the serial number and checking that all supplied items are present. Warranty claims outside the return window follow the manufacturer or GOLDPEAK warranty process.
Refunds
Approved refunds are normally made to the original payment method or another verified method agreed with the customer. Bank and payment-provider processing times may apply after GOLDPEAK has released the refund. Delivery charges may be non-refundable where the correct, undamaged product was delivered and the return is a change of mind.
Your statutory rights
This policy is intended to explain GOLDPEAK’s practical return process and does not remove any rights available to customers under applicable Nigerian consumer-protection law.
