WH Executive Job Summary – Responsible for all Billing activities of Trade Channel. Provides materials, equipment, and supplies by directing receiving, warehousing, and distribution services; supervising WH staff, and also committed to loss prevention.

WH Executive Job Duties–

• Co-coordinating all Billing activities of Trade Channel.
• Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
• Keeping Record of Inventory, Daily Stock count, Special care of High value items.
• Maintains the defective & give the information to Management immediately.
• Material handling and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
• Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts, reconciling with data storage system.
• Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts, inspecting equipment, issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.

WH Executive Skills and Qualifications-

Supervision, Safety Management, Developing Standards, Managing Processes, Surveillance Skills, Inventory Control, Reporting Skills, Analyzing Information, Equipment Maintenance, Judgment.

Education – Graduate

Experience – Minimum 2+ years of Warehousing Experience in Consumer Durable & Home Appliances in retail sector / Supermarket / FMCG with Basic Computer skills in MS Office and possibly other software knowledge.

Reporting Line – Reports to the Branch Supervisor (BS) through the Trade Regional Sales Supervisor (TRSS)

Work Location – New Benin, Benin City, Edo State/Sapele, Delta State.

Salary- Starting N70,000
