TBS Job Summary

GPIL TBS is responsible to generate revenue from an assigned geographical location by achieving the sales targets, handling a team of Trade Sales Executives. Add to existing profile, untapped Market / Customers, conduct sales territory analyses, and close sales.

TBS Job Duties

Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual Sales and Collection Targets of Trade Channel of GPIL.
Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the internal sales team, executives of Partners in an assigned territory.
Regular monitoring of Stock Level of Partners and proper display of our Brands.
Monitoring the performance of the Partners and following up to meet or exceed sales targets.
Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to GPIL management.
Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness. Developing untappedMarket / Customers.
Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.

TBS Skills and Qualifications-

Proven sales experience in Electronics / FMCG.
Proven track record of meeting Monthly sales and Collection Targets.
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills and exceptional Customer Service skills.
Support month-end and year-end close process of Trade Division of GPIL of the assigned Territory.

Education Bachelor Degree.

Experience Past experience in developing and monitoring the performance of all sales activities in the assigned market, including targeting key accounts, maintaining a strong sales pipeline, and driving the sales process to achieve targets. Strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. Handling a team of Sales Executives.

Reporting Line Reports to the TRSS through the BDM.

Work Location New Benin, Benin City, Edo State/ Sapele, Delta State

Salary Range – N150,000 and above.
